- sale e pepe
- olio evo
- farina
- stuzzicadenti
Spalmate sulle fettine di pollo la salsiccia, arrotolatele e fermate con uno stuzzicadenti.
Infarinate gli involtini e rosolateli nella pentola con un po' d'olio,
sfumate quindi con il succo di limone o a piacere con del vino bianco.
Aggiungete gli aromi tritati, sale e pepe, mezzo bicchiere d'acqua e
chiudetela pentola a pressione.
Dal momento del fischio calcolare 20 min. circa.
Aprite e fate asciguare e rosolare leggermente gli involtini.
Togliete gli involtini e sfilate gli stecchini,
passate al mixer il sughetto rimasto e quindi versatelo sugli involtini.
